Romantic Healthy Egg White Crepe

It’s that time of the year with {Love} in the air. Nothing says romance than crepes filled with your most fancied foods. This recipe I have adapted is a basic canvas classic that can transform into a delicious breakfast favorite, a delightful savory meal, or even a delectable desert.  Add your favorite toppings or fillings to create to your liking.

Instructions
  1. Whisk flour, almond milk, egg whites, water, and salt in a bowl until homogenize. It should have the consistency of a runny batter.
  2. Over medium heat, heat frying pan and drop in 1 tbsp of butter.
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot frying pan. Tilt pan in circular motions in ensure the batter completely covers the diameter of the pan.
  4. After 2-3 minutes, flip over on other side. The crepe will harden and the edges will curl indicating it is ready to flip. Cook 2-3 minutes on other side.
  5. Sprinkle with Confectioner sugar, chocolate slivers, pastry dots, drizzle with honey, sweet chocolate sauce, or even cheese for that perfect valentines treat!
